So I had been in the InShape Challenge and was later eliminated. I had been doing fairly good at not going back to old habits.... but generally not feeling all that successful. Then I took an after picture for their website! I was surprised, no shocked is more appropriate. I nearly fell over, how can this possibly be me, who's pants are these anyways! I don't know whether to ceremoniously burn them, or keep them as a reminder of where I don't want to go.Anyhoo, even though I hate posting pictures of myself.... I am!

Shelly, I am so proud of you. Keep up the hard work. Is Dave joining your quest to health? I still need to get that photo to you (it is a hard copy, not digital -remember I did get married in '92, when digital cameras were like heka expensive or not even heard of). We will just have to meet so you can add to your photo collection. Yoda
Wow Shelley!!! That picture is amazing!!! I need to pull out some of my old pants and try that, but I think my husband already took them to the Goodwill. I had a big bag of clothes that no longer fit for him to take there and I think he already did. Why didn't I save at least one pair of pants out of there?!!! Silly me!!!
